itsnotaboutthenumbers, having problems getting my stats Options

I've been having issues running my stats at the site. For the past 3 pocket inquiries, it won't load up with my info. It loads up with bogus numbers and stats. I've emailed them twice with no reply.

I realize there are other cache stats places out there, but as far as I know, they are the only ones that have the counties and the county map which I like seeing the most.

I've tried uploading the inquiries over and over again, both in explorer and firefox.

I'm just really frustrated that they haven't responded to my emails. ..
