Don't know if anyone else knew about this. I actually caught wind of the rumors while researching a new GPSr about a week ago. Thought they might release it shortly after Christmas.

With it being a "bridge" unit, it might not be of much interest to people who are settled with their GPSr, but for people (like me) who are thinking of an upgrade, it might be either be an affordable option or create price changes in other units.

I saw that they are including a built in camera on those units, pretty cool

I don't think the new 450's do, but the 550 has it. In fact, the 450 may just be the 550 sans camera.
