If all they could come up with as a "con" was some tired old news from early 2002, that's pretty good. The described "controversies" are all found in a biased "history of geocaching" document authored in that timeframe by the owner of a different cache listing site.
This article wasn't written based on an interview with Groundspeak's marketing and PR person, that's for sure. But they'll still take the free publicity! ;-)

I've always thought the geocaching.com site was fantastic! Congrats to the folks at Groundspeak for the nice article from PC magazine.
