When do we run out of cache codes?

Submitted by, 4agers - Ed 11/16/06 @ 6:44 am
OK, we all know by now that we aren't really going to run out. But, there is a pool on geocaching.com on when exactly the current numbers will run out.

It's not about the numbers

This is a handy little application for viewing various stats about the caches you've found. Upload your myfinds gpx file and BAM!

I noticed geocaching.com's link for trackables has changed a bit. The style looks a little out of place, but I think the information is presented better.

Is it Swag or is it Treasure??

Submitted by, SerenityNow - AM Modified 11/12/06 @ 3:23 pm
Before you cache that swag you found in the basement you might want to check out the National Toy Hall of Fame in Rochester, NY. What old favorites do you treasure? What would you snatch up as a treasure instead of caching as swag? Check out the thread in Banter!

Bandycams

Submitted by, SerenityNow Modified @ 12:43 pm
Each Bandycam is a photographic message-in-a-bottle. Bandycams.com is an experiment in photography and mutual cooperation. It's a hobby. It's an online community. There's also a little luck, karma and serendipity involved.

My guess is the reason dates back to our founding fathers words - ...in order to form a more perfect union. The United States will be a better place when we know exactly where our beer is!
