Last topics merged

Submitted by, 4agers - Ed 12/23/07 @ 1:42 pm
The other admins and I decided to merge the two last topics back into one since it didn't appear to be the source of the slow server. If things look like they are getting slow again we will have to split them up again.

We are going to keep it in it's own section so it doesn't folks can easily distinguish new posts in banter from the index page.

New Mobile Google Maps

Submitted by, 4agers - Ed 12/4/07 @ 12:09 pm
Well, version 2.0 is out and it rocks! Even if you don't have a GPS it will trianglate with the cell towers and get you within 1700 meters. Not good enough for geocaching, but slick. If your device has a GPS, it will be very accurate.

Now, once we can get geocaches directly in google maps... life will be good.
